Shipping Policy ​​

Delivery time : We send all our parcels by means of the Post Office.  

For delivery in France, it takes between 2 and 5 working days from the date of your order.  

For international delivery, it takes between 4 and 8 working days from the date of your order. Please note that in this case, certain charges (administrative and/or customs fees) may be applied by the carrier.

Delivery costs : For all orders in Metropolitan France, the shipping costs applied are calculated according to the destination postal code. Delivery options are updated when finalizing the order.

For other destinations, the costs are calculated according to the country of delivery.

Order tracking : An order confirmation email will be sent to you. You will then receive an email informing you of its shipment with the tracking number and the link to the La Poste website where to follow its delivery.

Hand delivery: This option is only possible if your delivery address is in Paris intramural. As soon as you place your order on our site, we will contact you by email or SMS to organize a hand-delivery in the available slots.

Exchange and Refund Policy

In case of problem with your order or for any request for exchange or return, write us a short email at the address  bostenparis@gmail.com including your order number. We promise to answer you as soon as possible and to find a solution together!

Returns or exchanges are possible within 15 days of receipt of the package, and are limited by available stocks.

We reserve the right to refuse the right of return or exchange if the article has been used or started.
